Review of Wacom Intuos Creative Stylus

Since the release of the first iPad and the first apps for drawing and painting artists have called for a pressure sensitive stylus..There have been some innovations on the market.. Pogo Connect, JaJa Stylus and Jot Touch, just to name the most popular..As the iPad doesn`t have a built-in pressure sensitive technologie, like Samsung Galaxy Note with the S Pen, there had to be a different solution for IOS..With the Wacom Intuos Creative Stylus the waiting has come to an end. It is what I expected from a Wacom Product.. Easy to use with maximum effect on your work..

Wacom Intuos Creative Stylus comes with:

  • Pen case
  • Stylus
  • 1 AAAA Battery
  • 3 nibs (same type as nibs for Bamboo Stylus)

  1. Connection:
First you have to activate Bluetooth on your iPad settings. Then you open your drawing app (look here for the supported apps and features) and look for the settings..activate the Wacom Stylus support..You need to click on the stylus button sometimes to connect in the apps..Here are some Screenshots..

Note: The stylus will switch into power save mode after 30 seconds of inactivity..after two minutes it turns off..
  2. ProCreate:
Open Actions > Devices > Wacom Intuos Creative Stylus

Note: You can use the brush size slider like the pressure settings of your Wacom tablet..largest brush means the widest range of brush sizes..like pressure set to soft..smallest brush is like pressure sensitivity set to hard..only one brush size..The smaller brush size is set, the better you can control the brush..
